We want you to have an exceptional eyewear experience, so all Monza eyewear products come with a 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Frames deemed to be defective and within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

We provide free return shipping labels. There is a $25 restocking fee on returns, there is no fee for exchanges.
Due to the custom nature of prescriptions, frames with prescription lenses are non-refundable and may only be exchanged or returned for store credit for the price of the frames.
If your prescription has changed within 3 months of purchase, you may contact us and provide the new prescription from your doctor and we will replace your lenses with the new prescription one time.
